The property is beautiful and clearly the owners spent a lot of money building it. Almost all of the details are high-end.The kitchen comes supplied with all the utensils and accessories you would need to cook. Coffee and condiments are also included. The living and dining area is very spacious. The bedrooms are also very spacious. All of the details in the bathrooms are well done and high-end. The beds are very comfortable. The patio is spacious with great furniture and a great view of the ocean. The management staff, especially Bea, was very helpful in setting up transportation from the airport to the ferry to the condo and back as well as arranging for a golf cart to be delivered to the condo. The shared space is also well done, with a nice swimming pool, a private beach area with lots of chairs, and other shared spaces downstairs. The location is very secure and is walled and and gated and has a security guard 24 hours a day. There are very few negatives. As far as the island is laid out, most things are in the north and this condo is in the south, which means you need to have a golf cart or scooter if you are going to eat out of the room. They do not allow golf carts with more than four seat seats inside the property. There is standing water near the property which allows mosquitoes to breed. We could not be outside after dark due to the volume of mosquitoes. Overall, this was a fantastic property that we would recommend.

We loved our stay at Artila! The building and unit were so lovely, modern, open and gave a peaceful feeling through out! We enjoyed both staying at the pool and beach and visiting places through out the island. The host was very attentive and helpful, especially with securing transportation to and from the island. We would highly recommend and would come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I recently stayed at this new beachfront property in Isla Mujeres and had a great experience overall. The building is brand new, very quiet, and the beach in front is calm — perfect for relaxing.
The condo has lovely ocean views and especially enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony. The pool area was peaceful and well maintained, and the staff on site were friendly and attentive.
Since it’s a newer property, everything feels fresh and well cared for. If you’re looking for a comfortable, quiet place right on the beach, this is definitely worth considering.

I was the very first guest to stay here, and I couldn’t have made a better choice. This property, managed by Solmar Rentals, exceeded every expectation.
The location is incredible, with direct beach access and calm water perfect for relaxing. The heated pool and jacuzzi were a huge plus. The building is brand new and very exclusive, with very few guests, which made the stay peaceful and private. We stayed in a corner unit on the 4th floor with stunning ocean views and unforgettable sunsets.
One of the best surprises was the poolside service. There was a chef-bartender on site who prepared amazing cocktails and a delicious seafood ceviche for us at no extra cost (we only tipped).
After many years visiting Isla Mujeres, this is now our favorite place. World-class hospitality, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Don’t think twice — we’ll definitely be back.
